Hello,

I do have a windows machine with basecamp on it. Now this machine is pretty slow. I also do have a iMac which is pretty fast. (i want to work on the iMac) I have installed on both machines basecamp, the newest version.

On my windows machine i do have the knobs which you see at the picture. But on my iMac i can't install the knobs like on the windows machine.

Can somebody tell me how i can install these knobs?

It is for: "insert, replace point, delete and share"

Does somebody understand what i mean?
  • Yes, I think so. You are asking if you can set up the Mac BaseCamp controls to look the same as the Windows version. The short answer is no. The two programs are quite different.

What version of BaseCamp are you using? Your photo looks nothing like my Windows version of BaseCamp (4.6.2) Mine has no tools like those you have shown in your screenshot.

In the Mac version you can select the tools to be shown in the toolbar. My iMac is broken and I don't remember exactly how to do it. Have you looked in the BaseCamp preferences, or the Options. Also have you tried right or control clicking on the toolbar?

I found something that i can use to go further with the "route" when i'm stopped for a while.

Select this three blocks (make a route) Then double click on the route in the left bar. Then the line comes to your mouse and the latest point of the route.

I hope you understand what i'm writing ( sorry i'm dutch)
