question please : In the coming 2 weeks we plan an expedition in the Catamarca desert (alt 5000 m +) I would like to use the maps.me maps on my Garmin Zumo 595.
have you had a reply on what's to be done to load the maps.me on Zumo ?
If I can't do this, I will buy an iPad, bigger than my iPhone 6 + and use the maps.me on the iPad. But then ??? do I need the Zumo anymore ?

Garmin people ! remember what happened to KODAK.

Maps.me are designed for android and apple devices so won't work on your zumo. There are worldwide maps available though, either paid Garmin ones or free OSM mapping. If you'd like OSM mapping try here for a start, but there are numerous sites providing them

Maps.me uses OSM maps.

The OSM maps you get from other sources (as mentioned earlier) will be the same. They will look different and the POI data might not include the same places. But the maps are the same.
