Hi there,
I'm using a Garmin eTrex 30 with a Birdseye Imagery V2 anual subscription and I am trying to download a section on the map using the Birdseye Imagery.
My problem is that after selecting the section on the map, the download of the imagery should start, but nothing happens.
The Download progress bar doesn't move an inch. I've tried this on several places around the world map, but it doesn't work at all. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and followed several tutorials including the official ones to check if I was doing something wrong, but I follow all the instructions correctly.

Can someone help me on this? Anyone experiencing the same issues?
