Sorry ... for such a basic question ... I have just connected basecamp, I can see all the locations that I have collected over the years ... and want to delete some.
The intro video (on first install) does not go full screen
The watch in Youtube button is broken
I got an error when trying to load online help.
I got an error in the help when using it in a browser (no home link in the breadcrumbs!)
I can see my device and see the locations on the left hand side.
I have to double click to navigate to the locations (I'll work out why ... I am sure there is a good reason)
BUT the main issue is that I cannot then delete that location !!! Apparently, according to the error message ... I have to disconnect my device and delete it on my device (!!!)
What am I missing? Given the inevitable limitations of the UI on a sat nav, it seems natural for this software to provide the basic data management functions ... or is there a different piece of software that I should be using?
