Importing trips from BaseCamp to Navigator V

Hello, I am having a problem importing a trip created on BaseCamp v4.6.3 running on El Cap with map update 2017.30 to my Navigator V. The trip is imported and shows up as a trip on my GPS while connected to my mac in the main GPS unit, not my SD card. When I disconnect my GPS and try to find the imported Trip, I cannot find the trip on the GPS under Apps:Trip Planner.

I have tried to convert the trip to a track on BaseCamp and imported successfully to my GPS but still no success in finding the track on my GPS.

I have successfully imported other trips in the past without problems to my GPS or the SD card. And I am also able to import POI files successfully.

Did you make sure routes is selected when you export your trip from BC to the device?

If you reconnect the device to your computer, do the trip routes show up under the device folder like they did before disconnecting the device?

If you are exporting as routes or the routes disappear from the device folder when you reconnect and your device firmware is up to date, then it sounds like a bug to me and I would contact Garmin support to open a ticket.

The trip was selected in BC and the trip was confirmed as transferred to device.

When I reconnect the GPS to the computer, the trip shows in BC as being located on the GPS. I just can't find it when using the Navigator V under Apps: Trip Planner.

Thanks for your reply. I will have to contact Garmin support.
