Just bought a GPS Map 64, bought Bird's Eye topo map, but it won't download even though confirmation E-mail says it is ready to download. I have registered my GPS Map 64, registered on Garmin Base Camp, Garmin Express & the Garmin home site.When I click on the link,
"Thank you for shopping at Garmin.com.
Your order is now available for download at https://my.garmin.com/."
It takes me to the Garmin Homepage. When I click on "ManageMaps"
this is what I see:

I don't have a Key code as the map site said that it would be transferred vi my computer to download. Can anyone explain or help me resolve the problem? Thanks.
