Can't import Birdsey map into Basecamp

I'm trying to download the Birdseye map into Basecamp. When I try it tells me there is no supported device found when in fact my Alpha 100 is connected and shows up in the left collum of Basecamp under My Garmin Devices and shows my dogs locations on the bare map in Basecamp.

My Alpha 100 is running the latest software and Basecamp is 4.6.3.

What do I need to do to download Birdseye into Basecamp?

Do you mean map? Or are you talking about satellite imagery?

I'm talking about the Birdseye satellite imagery. I have a subscription. I can open Basecamp and it recognizes my Alpha 100. It shows my dogs on the basic map that is in Basecamp. When I try to download the Birdseye satellite imagery from the menu it brings up the device box and says no device found and will not let me go any further.

It never allows me to download the satellite imagery into basecamp.
