I am brand new here and can't seem to find an answer to a problem. I have a new Nuvi 2589. It is updated with the latest version of all the software. I have the latest version of Basecamp for Mac. I can create routes in base camp wit no problem. I then click the upload and the window opens and says the upload to the device is done. I disconnect my device and start it. I then get an error "Cannot Save Trip tripName. I can't find the trip so I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Also as I tried it all the trips I tried to upload are queued up and I get eh same error message for each one. I don't know if the error is in Basecamp or the unit.
