Can't activate BirdsEye map

Hi, I have an eTrex Touch 35 which is registered on MyGarmin. I have bought some BirdsEye credit but I can't activate the credit. When I go to activate it on the Service Activation screen it can't find a device to use. It can't find the eTrex device.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated?!?
