Astro 320 not detected in base station mode

Hi all,
I am trying to run my 320 on a irulu tablet with Windows 10. I installed base camp with no problems and can sync both devises while running base camp. But when I try to run base station mode from the GPS , base camp no longer recognizes my device ? What am I missing? Thanks

Yes, I make it to step 5 and nothing happens. How long would a normal wait time be to recognize my device in base camp? If I click on device and then receive from devices. It says " there are no devices connected to basecamp"

Occasionally it can take a while but even then shouldn't be more than a few minutes.

I believe my tablet is not detecting my device drivers in base station mode. I uninstalled base camp and reinstalled it. No change. I'm no pc wizard, but I believe the problem lies with my tablet. Any suggestions

I had the same problem with a Dell tablet running windows 10. Problem occurred after updating basecamp to version 4.6. I uninstalled 4.6 and reinstalled 4.5 and basestation runs fine, as it did before update.
