I recently bought a Montana 680 GPS. I bought a Birdseye subscription via Basecamp. I have my unit connected to a Macbook Pro with the latest versions of Basecamp installed as well as having updated the device software. When I try to access Birdseye via basecamp to download images, I get the message: There was an error applying this subscription to your device.
The subscription was activated via the web and associated with the device which is registered. I have also tried shutting the computer and device down and re-starting. I have used birdseye subscriptions before on other devices without this problem.
How do I get Birdseye working so that I can download the sat images to my device?
