Problems here too (using BC v4.5.2 with El Capitan v10.11.1) on a new iMac 27". Basecamps shuts down while zooming in on maps with max detail level and I experience very slow visual updates of maps. I know, it's max resolution, but with 32Gb of RAM... should be more than enough. Anyone with a solution to deal with this issue?
