"Unlisted Data" - empty / broken?

Hi,
since i installed Basecamp on this Macbook (10.11.1) I never have seen data in the automated list "unlisted data" here in german: "ungelistete Dateien". This list shows a "?" as icon. This of course makes it more complicated to find data that is not saved to a list at the moment.

Does anybody have an idea how to fix this? What i tried alread: uninstall/reinstall Basecamp, update to 4.5.2. -> no effects.

See screenshot:

Edit 24.11.15: Problem solved with this solution:
Ah, I was able to recreate this using your backup. It looks like you have two smart lists, 'Letzte Woche' and 'Letter Monat' that contain the imported data. If you remove these lists or change the filter for each smart-list such that the data is not included, then you'll see the imported data appear in the 'Unlisted Data' list.
  • Does it show if you switch language to English?
  • The ? icon for unlisted icon is expected on Mac. Windows is using a folder icon I believe.

Are you seeing this for all data types? I did a quick test and unlisted data is showing my tracks, routes, and waypoints correctly. If you backup your database and host it somewhere, then I'll take a look to see what's happening.

    Thank You for the replies.

@sussmab: i searched for an option to switch the language of basecamp but did not find it.

@wurth: yes i dont see any datatype in this list, see also screenshot below. I created a goolge drive link (is it accessible for you?) with the database so you can have look. Thank you for this!

when you look at the data can you please also have a look if there are any significant changes in the data of the routes created with 4.5.2? because i am not able to import routes created with 4.5.2. to my zumo 590lm. During the import procedure i get an exclamation mark message from the device "Route xy can not be saved"-OK-Button. The import of the older 4.5.1 routes is still possible.

In the Windows version it's under Edit, Options, General

Not sure about the mac version but it'll be there somewhere.

Oh, on Mac, you have to change the system language (System Preferences-->Language and Region), then restart BaseCamp in order to switch languages for BC.

I was able to send all data in 'my collection' to our Zumo 390LM without any problems. Could you open Garmin Express and see if your Zumo 590LM firmware is up to date? You could also check your console log (type console in spotlight to find the console app) to see if there are any messages from BC when the error occurs. And verify you have enough free space on you device. And verify you can still export the route as GPX to your computer.

    Hi Wurth,
thank you for the suggestions! Sorry I was offline for a while. This solved the Unlisted Data Problem:

    Wonderful! I am very happy!

Since my device is not here arount i'll check the export issue within the next days.
