The Appstore version will be released later next week.
  • Have only done a few basic tests -- create and modify routes -- but so far, so good.

    Thanks!

After few basic tests it looks fine for me.
  • Works for me

Thanks for the fix. All issues appear to be resolved.;)

    Hello Dear specialists!

Thank You for providing the update. For me waiting a bit is no problem. I honor the work you are doing and understand that it is not always easy.

  • Base Camp 4.5.2

I saw in a comment posted by a moderator in a, now closed, thread about Base Camp incompatibility with Mac's new OSX 10.10 that BaseCamp version 4.5.2 is released. Two questions...
Does this release get Base Camp compatible with OSX 10.10? and,
When will version 4.5.2 be released through Apple's App store? (if you download from the apple store you lose the ability to download updates from garmin)

I've been getting this issue for awhile now...

Does anyone get the highlight over the waypoint that makes it unreadable?

What's the right fix for that?

    OS 10.11, MBP Retina 15"
  • It's been there since Retina Display release and is still there.:mad:
  • We are looking into a fix for the 4.6 release. For now, the icons should display correctly when you drag the BC window back to your retina monitor.

4.5.2 will support El Capitan, OS X 10.11. The Appstore version was submitted last Monday, 10-12 and is currently in review by Apple. It could be released any day as it usually takes about a week for Apple to review and approve the app for distribution on the AppStore.

I think you are confusing two Retina Display issues. The one we were discussing here is the 'grayed-out' selected Data pane items when you change focus to the Map by dragging (not selecting) the map. This is not a dual-display issue.

As far as I can tell, the 'enlarged' data Icons when using a Retina and a second non-Retina Display has been corrected.
