Garmin reply - will be interested to see if they actually change the wording on the web site - if they don't I may report them for misleading advertising.

I am very sorry but Basecamp is no longer supported. It has been pulled out of the App Store, following a decision. It will not longer be possible to use this application.
I have reported this on your behalf as it seems the information on the website has not been updated following this change.
I am also really confused about Garmins decision to stop updating Basecamp Mobile. With only Garmin Connect available there is no way for me now to upload my tracks to the iPhone. But it was a major selling point to me!
