Virb Mobile with Garmin Dash Cam 65W issues

I get a really really bad connection when trying to use WiFi, right now I have to take the cam down each time to transfer videos and photos.

I have the latest 65W firmware (3.8)
Virb Mobile: 4.3.3.0
Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S9+

What can I do to use the app with WiFi in dash cam? Right now it's really annoying that I have to take the cam down just to watch photos and/or movies etc...

Direct sun isn't an issue if you mount the dash cam close to the top of the windshield ">MyBKExperience">MyBKExperience
