My camera is having big trouble with WiFi connections from my ZTE Max Pro and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Both running on Android 6.0.1.
It is VERY difficult to get connected so that I can use the viewfinder and the connection is VERY unreliable. It takes me 20 minutes of frustration before I can get connected to shoot a 1 minute video. Then, I can't even play back the video. It took me 45 minutes of repeated attempts to view an extremely choppy 53 second video in 720p / 30fps and I could not watch more than 5 seconds before giving up.
Any thoughts?
I turned off data and Bluetooth but it didn't help much. I have Sandisk 128 GB SD card installed with only 2 sub 1-minute 720p / 30fps videos.
