Virb Edit 3.1.0.2 won't import videos on Windows 10

Hello,

I have strange problem on freshly installed Windows 10. Newest Garmin VIRB Edit won't import videos:
As You can see there's 8 videos recorded but Virb says it cant' read them. I've tried option "Import others" (Importuj inne) - this cause that Virb Edit says that file is corrupted.
For testing purposes I've installed mentioned above wersion of Virb Edit on laptop with Windows 7 and everything works like a charm.

Please help :)

Yikes! The VE software download page says that it's compatible with "Operating system: Windows® 7 or newer" so it should be OK, but my guess is we'll probably need to revisit all our video drivers and codecs to make sure they are updated to be compatible with new Windows 10. Be cautious when getting new codecs and always used virus scanner after downloading, but I believe I've used K-Lite Codec Pack in the past and they put a bunch a different video codes together. Virb Edit 3.1.0.2 working fine (best version of VE yet) with Windows 10 here.

Hello,

thanks for replies. I'm using Sharks007 Codec Pack on both computers. When I arrive home I'll try to uninstall them on Win10 and let You know if that will help :)

I´ve also upgraded to Win10 and the Import works as designed.
I only encountered, that it takes a while until the Virb is found as a device. But I think it´s related to my half full 128gb Card.

Hello again,

uninstalled Sharks007 Codec Pack and now everything works perfect. Thanks for hint. Now, I must find new codec pack for Win10 :)

USB under Windows 10

In my case VIRB edit does ne see the VIRB Elite connected bu USB since I have upgrated to Windows 10.

I reistlled the latedt USB Drivers from https://garminvirb.wikispaces.com/Software but no changes
