VIRB Edit 3.1.0 feedback

I still got the same error. Virb Edit crashes everywhere and nearly every time I do same tasks. I also tried to reinstall and remove the folders in the user profil but no success. I'm running Windows 7 x64 8GB RAM with .net 4.5. I got the following exception from eventlog:

    GPSX File

Greetings, version 3.1, like the previous one, still does not export the full gpx file along with the video. << a general info for everybody.
To do my chroma overlays without pleading for development efforts I'm now importing a chroma colored video into virb edit that's the same length (to the frame) of my original virb elite's video. I can't however associate the gpsx data to that video (like in 2.9) so I can get the gauges. An as-good-as solution would actually be to just bring back the full gpsx export :) - or off I go concatenating stuff again :(
  • So here is the first positive comment:
3.1 works amazing, even with Virb and GoPro Videos.

From my side, thank you for this update, I really appreciate it :)

With a virb elite and files imported from the virb directly, I find myself at 65knots on a taxiway according to the gauge. Stopped. I'd be flying up in the air at that speed already! I need to further investigate, but at first glance, it's the first version that gave me a sync issue.

By the way, I noticed also the following: the gauge goes from 0 to 250 (my airplane maxes out at about 120), if I trim just a few seconds on the left (discard a few seconds of the beginning of the video) then the gauge goes from 0 to 100 which was pretty much my maximum speed and gives a much better view. Why is it that I need to discard a few seconds to get it right, and is this the cause of the unsync?...

Another note: I'm not really here trying to say only what's bad, in all honesty I'm trying to contribute for a better product. If I didn't love it I Wouldn't be here. As I said before: good work so far, but there's more potential here! Many things that are easily implemented (or brought back like the full gpsx) can give more flexibility to power users. ;)
