Ok I think i've found something.

I did a timelapse cycling video a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine in the previous version of VirbEdit with the data changing, now in the latest version of virbedit the data is stuck and not changing. I've re imported the video and its still the same. Any ideas?

My overlays are stuck. Only the data at the beginning of a new sequence is refreshed, then it stucks until end of the cutted sequence. This is with all sequences in the movie. I didn't experience this in the former version. There the overlays worked properly with life data.

Did I anything wrong with any new configuration?

I am having the same issue.

I'm a late comer to the world of VIRB Edit but I can say I've used ver 2.9.2 with great success recently. Now after updating to 3.0.1 my .gpx files will not "sync" with my video. I can choose a point on the map to sync with the video but the data will not continue to follow along with the video.

One thing I need to mention, I'm using data from my iPhone Wahoo app in .gpx format. The data in the .gpx log includes Position, Elevation, Heart Rate, Speed, Distance, Grade and Bearing (this list is from the G-Metrix window in VIRB so I know the software is at least reading the data).

I'm inclined to think that the update has broken compatibility with certain third party files but as I've noted the file seems to be readable by VIRB Edit. Further I am able to edit a videos I made with 2.9.2 without this issue creeping up.

With this latest release I am now able to save templates without switching my user name with accented characters. I tested an export of a 14 minute 1080 video made from 27 clips, took some time exporting but the result looks very good. I am looking forward to test all the new features.

Same problem as the other users in this thread, In the previous version all of my videos sync'd fine with the data from my Garmin 705, since the update the data shown is frozen as at the sync frame and does not update during playback. Adding multiple clips results in each clip having 1 frame of data for it's entire duration.

When editing a clip in 3.01 is it possible to have the time slider back on the video like it used to be? Cant find a way to move forward and backward in the video other than play and pause.
