I would like to export only PNG sequences of the overlays to edit with original videos files on the Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects. Is it possible?
This is possible. after starting-up Virbedit, goto menu => settings => enable export transparent png series (my version is Dutch so it might be mis translated)

Do you mean PNG only, without the video? That's not currently supported, but it's a possibility. Right now you get video and PNG if you check the box under settings.
