Virb Edit Import Problem

I have my new Virb Elite connected via usb.

It is recognized by Virb Edit (PC, Window 7, V2.8.0).

It finds the 6 new clips that I recorded this morning

I select import new.

I get the message "Library Updated (0/6)", blue bar is full.

Click "ok".

No new videos are in the clip library?

I retry by selecting "import selection".

No files appear in the library.

Am I missing something? This is the first time I've used this software and it doesn't appear to work?

Have you tried a Manual import?

That certainly does not seem right. Try with version 2.9.1 that just got released.

Manual import did not work (exactly the same series of events).

I will try with version 2.9.1 in two days.

Is there any way to do a clean uninstall that will remove all associated files and folders? Before I then re-install v2.9.1?

Changed the file path that Virb edit was pointed at and everything works ok.

Interesting. You mean you changed the "Clip Library Location" on the settings page? Do you know what you had it pointed to before and what it's pointing at now?
