Custom overlays for marine applications

Hi
I've just purchased a Virb elite mainly for game fishing purposes (marlin etc).
I've had a look at Virb edit and whilst some of the gauges are suitable I'd like to customise it for marine.
So a few questions:
1: Whilst the GPS position gauges work fine I'd like to change the format to dd.mm.mmm . Is this possible either in the Virb or Virb edit?
2: It may be better if I use a GPX file created on a marine gps/sounder. Is it possible to have Virb edit read the data for such things as depth, water temp etc?
3: typically in a fishing environment the camera points to the opposite direction to your heading. Is the "bearing" gauge in Virb edit displaying the direction that the camera is pointing or the direction of travel?

Thanks in advance
Owen

    1. Currently only one position format is supported in VIRB Edit. That's something we might expand on in future versions.
    2. You can add GPX files from other sources. However, I don't believe we can currently display depth. Water temperature might work, but I am not 100% sure.
    3. The bearing is not a compass bearing, it's indeed just the direction of travel.
