Hello everyone on this forum. This my first post so please be gentle.
Just got a garmin virb elite for a Xmas pressie. The camera seems to be working as it should, rec, playback and take photos.
Problem I have is virb edit. Download and installed virb edit. All seem good so far. Uploaded videos from camera to virb edit with no problems and I can see the videos stored on program.
Problem starts when playing videos, all I get is a blank screen with a map in top left hand corner, the pause, play function is there but video time at the bottom shows 00:00/00:00.
Play videos in my multimedia and they play but jerky.
Thinking is my computer in spec. I've logged into dell and updated all my drivers and checked system.
I'm not to good on pc as I mostly use ipad.
This is my laptop spec below can anyone advice me please.
