Virb Edit: audio, but no video feed

I am using Virb Edit on an older desktop running Windows 7, with 2 GB RAM, and a Radeon X1300 graphics card. I have updated Garmin Drivers Software. I am able to watch videos normally using Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc. After I download files to Virb Edit, I can play back the audio track only. I can see stills of the video files.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get the video feed?

Thanks

I have the same issue and I'm on a laptop that easily exceeds the minimum requirements. Any solutions? Here's my laptop's specs, in case it helps:

    HP Envy 15-3040NR
2nd generation Intel Core i7-2670QM processor 2.20GHz with Turbo Boost Technology up to 3.10GHz.
    8 GB SDRAM
Radeon HD 7690M switchable graphics with 1024MB GDDR5 and up to 5093MB total graphics memory.
    Running Windows 7
