Virb Edit 2.8.0 only importing first lap of FIT or GPX file

When I import the FIT or GPX file generated by my Garmin Forerunner 310XT, only the first lap gets added to Virb Edit. When I select the FIT/GPX file that I'm planning to import into Virb Edit, the preview map (and activity stats) in Virb Edit show the entire course, however when I click on the "Add GPS" button, only the first lap of data gets imported. I've tried it with multiple FIT and GPX files and get the same result. Can anyone help???

I'm using Virb Edit v2.8.0. I'm importing the FIT or GPX file from a folder on my Windows 7 computer.

Does your video cover more than 1 lap? By default you will only see the data for however long the video lasts.

I was able to solve this problem. Typically only the first lap is displayed at first but I was able to display the other laps after some messing around in the software. Yes, my video covers more than 1 lap.
