video files not showing in virb edit

I removed Virb Edit from my computer to try to get Garmin connect to function properly.

Always re-installed edit - had relocated the video folder.

Located all of the MP4 files and transferred into the VIRB Edit video folder (correct in Virb Edit settings).

So open Virb Edit and only 3 files (from the folder are showing) there are 4 files in the folder).

Tried to open from explorer (they are associated with virb edit, but show only as the V icon - not a screen shot like the successfully imported videos). Opening from explorer successfully opens Virb Edit, but not the video.

I have imported all files get the 0/40 imported screen.

How do I get Virb edit to see these files?

Also, I am having a sync issue with Garmin express, I get an error message, however data seems to sync properly, anyone else have similar problem?

TIA, Glen

I'm not sure I understand what you've written completely, but you can change the default folder used by Virb Edit - check in 'Settings'. When you change it (to the folder which contains all your video clips), it usually asks you if you want to move all video files to this folder - I'm not sure if this will be advisable in your case.
After changing the folder, exit and reopen Virb Edit. Your videos should now all be visible.

You can also click on a clip in the library that is missing (it will have a question mark symbol) and VIRB Edit will prompt you to locate it.
