Thanks for that, but I'm using Windows 8.1 (which I quite like) and I create a 18 GB video without much problem last week.

Just read about KITER13 he also had an export problem.

I've just read that too, I'm using some custom gauges, I don't think that helps.

I've previously been able to stop my editing part way through, close down VE/hibernate the computer for the night/reboot it etc and then reopen VE and pick up where I have let off from without any issues.

Thanks Mike, I think I've worked it out now, just need to export now.
I think I'll try without Overlays just to see if that works.

Full video 480p without overlays (18+Gb) exported OK.

Yeah the video seems to work like a database, I was able to switch back and forth from my main video to the clip editing without issue.

There is definitely something funky in the new build. It either has to do with a bug in transitions or reading the audio file. I emailed the log files to Garmin end of last week but have yet to hear back.
