Virb Elite Doesn't Switch Off!

Recently been having problems switching off my Virb Elite - I press and hold the power button; the unit displays the round 'power' symbol, the indicator lights go off, it even beeps - and then powers back up again! It's very annoying! How can I solve this problem? What am I doing wrong?

Has latest firmware (3.9?)

Probably you're doing nothing wrong. There's only one way to turn it off normally, with the power button, and if you're doing that and it doesn't work, then maybe something physical is wrong with your VIRB. I hold the power button down until I see the power symbol show up, and then release, and the screen soon goes dark. Since they're all still under warranty, I'd contact Garmin Support.

The first thing Garmin support will ask is do you have the latest Firmware and then they'll tell you to do a Master Reset. :rolleyes:
