Virb edit manual? Sound, map, but no imagery

Good evening,

I've had my Virb elite for a few days and have installed the edit software onto my window 7 PC. I am having trouble viewing any of the video in the editor.I just get sound and a map. Is there an instruction manual out there to help? I have media player 11 and all the other bit of software but no imagery on my display?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please let us know if you are still not seeing video, and we'll do our best to help you out. What kind of computer and graphics card do you have?

No improvement/difference with the Beta software. I have a Sony laptop VPCF1 with a GeForce graphic card. The card drivers are upto date.
