Version 2.6.1 Beta can be downloaded at http://developer.garmin.com/apps/Virb/download/win/VirbBETA_2.6.1.exe.

Added clip transitions
Added ability to share on Facebook
Added ability to export at different frame rates
Added export video size estimate
Added dialog to view clip properties
Added gauges that went missing in the last release
Fixed title positions changing when exporting or reloading a video
Fixed an issue where duration and elapsed time would not work properly across clip boundaries
Fixed Baidu maps potentially not loading in China
Fixed some memory usage issues during export
Fixed performance and reliability of video player
Fixed out-of-memory issue that could occur when too many tracks were loaded

This beta will not overwrite your current installation and will run alongside 2.5.x. A new database will be created that will not use any of your existing data. This database is for testing purposes only and will be lost when you receive the official release of 2.6.x. We are doing this beta to test our completely rewritten video player and want to be sure that we have a smooth 2.6 release.

Unfortunately I can not export a sample clip with one biking template applied (same issue with Edit 2.5.0 just before the export process begins ).
When the overlay template is removed then the export goes fine.
Very nice feature the clips transitions.

I use a Mac so I can't check myself, but does this Beta version correct the VE track/time issue when recording 60fps video?

where does the gpx files from the videos which was on the hdd before? the videos are there, but without the gps files;(

In the official 2.5.x version, if you right click your clip, you can select "Save GPS Log...". After saving it to some location on your computer, launch the beta, make a video, and add the log you just saved.

Speed change boundaries aren't matching up with clip boundaries

Difficult to pin down an exact sequence of events but editing a longish video into many small clips, splitting many times, trying out speed changes etc, it confused itself and now has a number of speed changes mid-clip.

Crashes every time so far when exporting a large file

Windows 7 64bit.

After deleting a clip, the playback often jumps back to the first clip, not the one that has replaced the deleted one. Annoying if you have to scroll right to find it again.

Sometimes when I start the program it will overlay gps information and sometimes it wont now. When it does overlay it will lock up and error every few frame edits.
