Where are photos downloaded to?

Virb Edit downloads video clips from the Virb to the computer, to a folder of the users' choosing. I understand it also downloads data files to go with each clip to a folder NOT of the users choosing.

Where are photos downloaded to? I can't find mine anywhere on my PC....

Wait - your 'logic' is that Virb Edit doesn't need to download images from the Virb - because OS-X comes with its own software for doing so??

Once again I'm seeing this same thing from you: "My computer works OK - therefore ALL computers must be OK!"

The Virb creates video files; Virb Edit downloads the video files.
The Virb creates data files; Virb Edit downloads the data files.
The Virb creates image files; Virb Edit does NOT download the image files.

One of these three things is not like the other two - can you tell which?
