Sooner or later, no matter how big a hard drive one has, there *will* come a time when old clips will have to be archived to make space for new clips. If one has renamed the clips in Virb Edit [and let's face it - the current format of 'Virbxxxx' is neither descriptive nor terrible helpful for identifying individual clips; nor is the current practice of dumping them ALL in one huge folder as opposed to having a structured set of sub-folders (arranged into year/month/date, for instance)] - when the time comes to move the clips to (for example) a removable hard drive, HOW exactly are we expected to match our user-friendly names in Virb Edit to the NON user-friendly names in Windows Explorer?
Renaming a clip to '140621 Winning Devils Peak Downhill Run' makes it *INFINITELY* more identifiable than if it was named 'Virb1098'. Even in 20 years' time I will be able to tell -
- the date the clip was recorded
- what the footage shows
- JUST from looking at the name of the clip. A descriptive name like this also makes it searchable. Try to do either of these two things with a file called 'Virb1098' among hundreds of other similarly-named clips......

If we manually create sub-folders in Windows Explorer (based on date, for instance) and move the clips for each date into these respective sub-folders, Virb Edit has the ability to be 'told' the new locations of these clips. Is there any danger of Virb Edit being unable to match each moved clip to its correct data file? If so, how can this be avoided?
