Video Library Organization and error when listing tracks in library

On Virb Edit I have the impression all imported videos will go into the clip library location specified on settings. I did not want this method
I would prefer for example to have Virb Edit prompt for a new folder name when importing new clips, have that folder created on the clip library location and then place the clips on that folder.
A while ago, after importing some clips I then moved them to other folder I wanted , getting the clip missing dialog when I went back to virb edit and then I had to point the program to the new folder location for each moved video.
At one point I think I imported manually a virb video and a fit file and did not erase the files from the camera, then after filming more videos I selected the automatic Import New Videos and I think some previous manually imported videos and fit files were copied again. problem is that now if I go to a clip, and select Edit / GPS Log / Replace the track list begins to fill and then I get the following Error Dialog and the program shuts down
An item with the same key has already been added.
at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentException(ExceptionResource resource)
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.Insert(TKey key, TValue value, Boolean add)
at Virb.Model.ClipsLibraryTrackSource_t.<>c__DisplayClass2.<LoadTracksAsync>b__1(Track_t aTrack)
at System.Collections.Generic.List`1.ForEach(Action`1 action)
at Virb.Model.ClipsLibraryTrackSource_t.<LoadTracksAsync>d__4.MoveNext()

How can I know which track might be duplicated?, can I go to a Program folder to remove one of the latest imported tracks so that I can prevent this error?

Some kind of Library organization with Lists and List Folders such as in Garmin Basecamp might be useful for managing a medium to big list of imported tracks and clips and not just by month and last imported for videos or just a flat list of tracks when choosing a track for replace.
  • I had to make a backup of the database in users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\VIRB Edit\Database and delete it to be able to keep working on the video edit by importing the clips again
It would be good if I have a group of video files and an associated track on a folder and I want to take them to another PC to keep working on an edit, I could import all of the files (by the way importing of multiple videos seems to hang currently when selecting more than a couple of files) and then choose the fit file for all of the videos, without having to go one by one choosing the same track file.
Again some library list and list folder organization as in Basecamp and multiple file operations might be useful.

    +1

Put all that belonging to a project in one folder, (gdb, gpx, fit, itn, kmz, video's, pics, docs, spreadsheets, pdf's, html's, whatever you want).
Put the information for creating the movie in that same folder.
When you're finished with the project, or want to move it, easily compact the folder and store it in an archive or on a USB-stick.
    Do away with those databases.

BTW Basecamp stores geotagged photo's in it's database, so you probably have them twice on your system.
