Retreive GPX data from compiled movie

As the title suggests is there any easy way of getting the GPX file of a Compiled movie, i.e. when several clips have been joined together of a cycle ride over, say 1.5 hours long resulting in 3 clips.
I require the continual GPX of this ride.
Using Virb Elite of course

Export the movie. VIRB Edit will create a .gpx track that goes with the movie in addition to the .mp4 file.

I get the mp4 file but NO associated GPX track file? where is this created?
I can also see the individual GPX files for each clip in the Virb Edit database.2.RawMovies folder, but alas not one which relates to the compiled clips.
Any suggestions please, perhaps it can't be done easily?

In the same folder where the exported movie is put. But I should have looked at which forum; it's the Mac OS X version of VIRB Edit that does this. So the Windows version doesn't?

Windows version doesn't, or should I say it doesn't with the latest version of Virb Edit.

Any help on this matter would be gratefully excepted, perhaps the Desktop App Developer may have some suggestions?

Windows VIRB Edit 2.4.0 does export the GPX file along with the MP4 file. Are you sure you are looking in the right place?

After exporting is done, there is a 'Show Location' button in VIRB Edit. Click it and will take you to the folder where there will be an MP4 and a GPX file.

This all assumes that the videos you are exporting actually have GPS logs attached.

Sorry my mistake, it does indeed export the required gpx.
