I've been playing around with the VIRB and the Edit software since November or December, I would like to thank you for not caring about your retail customers.
long story short, I now have a VIRB Elite for sale, at a VERY discounted price (since it's not worth much and morally I can't gouge someone on this thing) and will be going back to my trust old GoPro 2, yes, the old old version is still that much better.
Gripes:
Image Stabilization is horrendous
Edit Software is buggy and still in dogfood stage
Mounts should be friction, not clocked.
the Mic...omg, that horrible mic.
Later Garmin! stick to Maps/GPS (but please scrap the Monterra product, you can barely support your own OS)
