Given that this is about Windows Virb Edit software then no. What specifically are you asking this for?

1) Because I just purchased a dive case that came with these (packs).
2) Because I don't see a seperate place dedicated to the VIRB where I can post it.
3) Sorry for any inconvenience.

Are they necessary?

Depends on where you live/will be traveling. They're useful in high humidity climates to reduce mould growth.

Appreciate that, and sympathise ... there aren't forums here for lots of Garmin hardware. I'd try contacting Product Support
