I had transfered all files to folders on my laptop with the same names. When I transfered them back I put them in the identical locations. I ended up just deleting everything on the camera and starting over. I recorded a video on a ride last night and had no issue uploading it. So either pulling the battery corrupted the files or the other possibility I could think of, having seen it discussed on this forum, was I had Virb Edit erase the original video files from my camera. I'm guessing on of those two things caused the problem. For now I will do my best to not pull the battery and I will use the built in erase function on the camera to delete files.
