I'm running into a problem with the new version of VE...actually, I've got a series of bugs that I discovered while trying to fix the issue. The main problem - I mounted my Virb Elite on my motorcycle yesterday and went for a ride. I had the camera set to 5 minute loop mode. Periodically, I would stop and start the camera to get my 5 minute loop saved (as 5 one minute files). When I bring the files into VE, the GPS is out of sync with the video. In fact, the GPS seems to be playing back at 50% speed while the video is playing at 100% speed.
Here is a quick video of me parking the bike.

Notice that when I stop the bike, the speed shows that I'm still moving, in fact it will show my speeding up before I eventually come to a stop - this was my first clue that something was up. Next, look at the timer on the right hand side of the screen, it is always half the value of the current video location. It is hard to tell from this particular video, but only half the track data seems to be coming in (when you watch the map in edit mode).
This brings up my next problem - I had my Montana running while out on this ride. So, I figured I would just grab the track from the Montana to see if that would fix the problem. I removed the attached GPX file when editing the video, and then went to attach a new GPX file...VE starts to enumerate the GPX files, and then crashes every single time (I did send the minidump in several times). My guess is that I have a corrupt GPX somewhere, but I have no idea where VE get this file list.
And another issue...the video that I removed the GPX file from was three one minute videos stitched together...it removed the GPX from the first source clip. I would have expected it to have just removed it from the edited video, and not touched the source data.
Also, the accelerometer data does not seem to show up in VE. If I export the GPX file from VE, the data is in the GPX file, but none of the gauges in VE work.
This used to work for me, the only thing that has changed is VE...and of course, this is the first time ever that I told it to remove the source files from the camera, so I can't go grab the original data to help out with debugging the issue.
