I have created a video with Virb edit en uploaded the video to youtube in 1080.
It was not possible to publish it directly to youtube, i get errors.
So i exported the video to harddisk and then i sent it to youtube.
When i later wanted to see the video in youtube the quality was very bad even in HD 1080.
How is that possible? on my screen the video is good.
The quality on youtube is to bad to publish.

Sometimes it takes a while till YouTube gives you the full quality. If you internet connection to YouTube is less than stellar it might never give you 1080p.

If you share the link (via PM, if you are worried about privacy) I can take a look and see if there's anything suspicious.

You could also try another platform like Vimeo and see if that gives you better results.

The video is on youtube for a few days, so it must be now on top quality.

    This is the video:

Vimeo has better video quality, but i can only upload 500mb, and that is not enough.

Is it possible that only part of your footage was taken in 1080p?

Because some parts of your video are definitely 1080p on YouTube, I am showing a screenshot directly from YouTube:

No all video's are taken in 1080p
    And exported with virb edit.

I have tried to export the video again, now i want it to export to 720p, but that wasn't possible with virb edit.
i get errors and virb edit won't export the video..

Is it not better for garmin to buy a good video editor program already on the martket?
And add the virb overlays to that program.
There are already a lot of good video editing programms which do not have these problems..
    It is only an suggestion:)

I am now looking for an other program to edit the video's
But i want the overlays, so i must first export the raw video files with overlays, and edit these files in an other programm.
But the export from Virb edit does take a very long time.

Maybe somethings is wrong when I compared it to my 720p video. https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?75263-

It seems my gauges are a bit more crisp (not really as sharp as played locally) than yours.
Can It have something to do with the color? I'm using this orange most of the time.
