VIRB Edit Software "Error Exporting the Video" error

Hi

I've gotten it every time I try to export a video using the VIRB export function. I can only export in 480p... any higher quality and I get this error. Wondering if there is a permission, setting or setup that I have to do to be able to export in higher quality.

Hi Carlos,

I am very sorry you are running into this issue. I've just compiled a list of what to do when export fails. It's at https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?74042-VIRB-Edit-does-not-export-my-videos-What-do-I-do.

Please take a look and see if that helps any.
