numbers of video files

I found out that when you erase your virb using virb edit the numbers the virb gives to the video don't reset.

So when you shoot 3 video's the will be named virb001, virb002 and virb003. If you then erase the virb using virb edit your next video's wil be named virb004, virb005, virb006 and so on

If you erase the video's on the virb itself the numbers will restart from 0, so your next video will be named virb001 or virb001(1) because you alreddy had a virb001 :-)

Maybe everybody already knew this but did not find anything on this on the forum :-)

with (picture) cameras it's common that they continue counting unless you reset the counter

For now I've found a workaround.
Before removing anything from your µSD, take a picture (no matter what).
Than delete everything except that picture.
Next picture or video will have the next number.

Taking the extra picture isn't really a must but a picture is smaller than a video leaving more space if the last recoring was a video.

but it starts counting at zero again when changing the sd card (when using an empty one).
that's very annoying!
I have multiple cards and cannot copy all videos to a single folder because of duplicate filenames.

I pointed the device guys towards this thread. Hopefully this is something that can be changed in a later version of the firmware.
