Hi I have a 35 minutes video cutted and added music,
even if I pick up the lowest resolution , the export says about the file limit 4GB

I would go ahead and just try the export at 720p. That should be smaller than 4GB. The message is just a warning, you can still go ahead and try the export.
We will double-check on our end that we calculate the limit correctly.
