Request: On Virb Edit to be Able to Rotate / Flip Video after recording like GoPro

That's a very good point, and we do have this on our road map.

I agree this would be a necessary feature. I actually just recorded a video with the camera held 90 degrees to get more up and down video footage.

This is an important feature! Using camera on Windsurfer Mast Mount, need ability to switch video during Edit stage depending on best view at the time.

It's still on the road-map. We hope to get this done for 2.5, but I cannot promise anything.

This will be 180 degree turns only, though. Turning the video 90 degrees leads to a very oddly proportioned video, is that something that you really want?

180 degrees is fine - can't imagine wanting portrait video.

I tried turning it 90 degrees.. you'll end up with wierd sizes.
When you turn a 1080p video you'll end up with something like 3414x1920.
For future versions it might work, turning and scaling the video to fit to 1920x1080 or 1280x720.
