Video, sound, and data fields are out of sync

My video and sound on my Elite are out of sync. My video is jumping every 1 to 2 seconds and the sound is ahead by about 20 seconds as well as my data field, ie speed and elevation. I have reset the VIRB and uninstalled and then re-installed the edit program, but no fix.

Any input on what I can do next? This just started this week. The videos prior to then were in sync, no issues.

I just tried to play a video that played fine last week and it is jumping every 1 to 2 seconds also. I think I have a software issue but I don't know where to start since I already uninstalled then re-installed Edit.

What happens if you play the video outside of VIRB Edit (like with Windows Media Player or VLC)?

I am just trying to determine if it's an issue with the video or the VIRB Edit application.

They play with out skipping and the sound is spot on.

Hmm, I am not quite sure what might be causing this. We will have an update very soon. Please try again when that update is out. If that's still not any better then we might have to do some more debugging.

I apologize for not being able to assist you further at this point, but I want to see how the new version fares before digging too deeply into what's going on with 2.3.1.
