Overlay export problems

I was trying to make a movie containing all the overlays.
I made some slides in Powerpoint, exported them to images.BMP
Than I made 30 second movies of them (.mp4) with PDP 11.0.
I add a track to each movie in VIRB and tried to export them.
Most of them went OK in 1920x1080 (1080p).
Just a few had problems.
The classic with its special widget.

Two with a small speedo directly next to an elevation meter.

All the overlays with a horizontal sliding gauge for "Bearing" have this problem.

from this one I've removed the G meter , same problem.

At first the output is OK, after a second the output is blurred. This is not the case in preview.
I've done this with 25fps and in 30fps, in VIRB Edit 2.2.3 and 2.2.5, same result.
Also when output is done in 1280x720 (720p) it works without problems.

Another problem with output:
This overlay should have text over the bar-gauges in the left corner. In none of the resolutions they are exported.

We've fixed the issue with the missing text for 2.3 already.

Thanks, I will port the example video in a separate post.
I will try to firgure out wich of the gauges causes the other problem.

That's an odd one. I've definitely seen 1080p videos with that gauge that didn't display that issue.
