VIRB Edit Windows Virb Edit do not start reading video

Virb Edit do not start reading video

Hi, having installed last 2.2.5, now when I run a clip or a video screen remain black all button are present but nothing start.
Windows 7 SP1 32bit video card NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS (driver Ver. 331.82)
Any idea ?

Does restarting the app/restarting the computer change anything?

We've seen this happen occasionally and usually a restart fixed it.

Thanks Falagar, but I have restarted many times both Virb Edit and the computer. I have reinstalled several times Virb Edit, no way still not working....

Do you hear any audio? Does Windows Media Player play the videos?

can you export the (unseen) video, and play that?

There is no audio, I can play the video with media player and VLC

Yes I can export, have the Overlays and play it with any player (Media player, VLC...)

OK, that narrows the video problem to your videocard, and the developers can search more directly.
No audio is normal when using non-VIRB video, audio has to be re-added as music.
Normally non-edited video from a VIRB would have audio.
Did you use video that directly came from a VIRB (Elite)?

Yes I do, Virb Elite.
