I was pretty frustrated with the virb and edit software for several weeks, and still have a list of improvements I hope get addressed soon. Things are improving quickly.
I am all for documenting the bugs and issues. This is a pricey item and should perform as advertised 100% of the time. Please consider taking down or editing posted videos once the support team fixes these new product bugs. I am not cheerleading, just don't want to discourage researching newbies if a particular problem has been solved.
