You can download it at www.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=6591.

This release should fix the export issues on Windows 8.1.

It should also fix some start-up crashes that were caused by incorrect track calculations.

One thing that is not yet fixed is the start-up issue on computers with on-board Intel graphics chipsets (Intel GMA 3x00). We can reproduce that issue but won't be able to get a fix for this out till January.

Please report back if you still cannot export or if you get any kinds of crashes.

    ...
After importing, it starts after the railway.
When I want to adjust the track it already starts before the railway, but the black part (probably the video part) starts after the railway.
The track on the exported track also starts after the railway just like when the movie is played within VIRB Edit.
For now the solution is trimming the video before importing in VIRB Edit.

    Hi,
Basically by trimming the video you shortened it (the gray appears) but it is still aligned with the GPS log as it was in the beginning. To fix the alignment you can go to the alignment page and advance the video that will make it coincide with an earlier log point.

BTW Videos can start before tracks start generating valid log data if the unit hasn't acquired GPS signal.
