    2.2

Tried youtube..same error at around 2% of 10min video.

Was able to do a video prior with multiple clips of about the same length. The only thing different in this one is a few more clips and motion adjustments.

    Update
Started over using multiple clips then adding more each time for vids of 2, 6, and 10 minutes
success with 3 videos..no gps or overlay, no splits, no speed changes

Reduced to 3 clips and increased speed to 1.5 on one clip
    very slow upload effort
    failure

Reduced to 3 clips and deleted speed increase and split one clip
    success

Same 3 clips but applied speed decrease of .5 to one clip
    Very slow upload effort
    failure
  • What about the possibilaty to add music instead of the normal recording sound?

    miesapp name

this feature is already implemented in Virb. I think it was introduced in 2.1.1.

When you edit a clip, in the bottom there is an option to add music to your video. You can not just add music but also can adjust the volume etc.
  • Are you shure? I just can find an option to adjust the volume but no option to transfer music into the video.

    Hey guys,

i have a question, in the options i can choose a clip location folder. Some times i get an error. The program can not create the folder. When i close the program i try again, it'll work.

It makes no difference what folder i choose, the files will always be copied to C:\Users\<Username>\Videos\Virb

Because my hard disk is partioned and C: is a system only drive, i would like to get this bug get fixed, because otherwise i always have to delete some clips. Pretty annoying considering that i have more than 2 TB of free space on my other hard disks.

Sorry about the trouble. We'll investigate.

Any chance for the next version you can increase the playback speed options beyond just 2x?

    For example, within Windows Live Movie Maker I've got the following options: .125x, .25x, .5x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x - though, I can ultimately set any XX number in there and it'll work just fine.

And, within the GoPro edit suite I can scale up to 1000%.

The reason being that for some clips (i.e. long clips), they're still relatively boring at 2x, but speed up quite a bit they become more interesting (like timelapse photography).

Yes, we definitely have this planned.

There is a music tab on the edit page where you can add music.
  • Sorry, my mistake.:o The settings were too big, the bottom line of the screen was not visible for me ...

    Another test 30 seconds long

About a 5 second lag in the gauges, and over lay. But its working again. This video is 30 seconds in length.

    Great to hear.
